Ceomat Chemical Co2 System.
The Aqua Medic Ceomat supplies aquariums up to 200 l volume with CO2 , without the need for a pressure bottle. The CO2 is released by a chemical reaction in the Ceomat. The CO2 Powder is filled into the lower container. The upper container is filled with tap water. As soon, as the water drops down into the lower chamber, the reaction starts and CO2 is produced. The reaction is controlled automatically, only that amount of CO2 is released, that is needed. Every filling can give up to 125 grams of CO2. The Aqua Medic Membrane Reactor contains a gas permeable membrane tube that is not permeable for water. If connected to a CO2 unit, the gas diffuses through the membrane into the water - bubble free, without any losses.
